Patients are responsible for full payment of treatment at time of service; this includes minors. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Care Credit.

INSURANCE

As a courtesy to our patients, we will assist you in maximizing your benefits by pre-checking your insurance coverage prior to your appointment in our office. Often, your dental insurance will require a co-pay for your dental treatment. This is due on the date of service.

The amount that the insurance company states they will pay is only an estimate that has been obtained over the telephone. If they pay a lesser amount, you will receive a statement to that effect and it will be the patients responsibility to pay the difference.

CARE CREDIT

Dr. Okoniewski has partnered with Care Credit. It is a health care card specifically designed to pay for treatments and procedures not covered by insurance.
